1. What Are Zeelool Points?
Zeelool Points are loyalty rewards offered exclusively to members who engage with Zeelool through qualifying purchases or promotional activities. These points can be redeemed for discounts, special offers, and limited-time rewards available on uk.zeelool.com.
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Zeelool reserves the right to update or terminate the program at any time.
2. How to Earn Points
Points can be earned in the following ways:
A. Shopping Points
Earn points automatically when you complete a qualifying purchase.
- Earning Rate: £10 spent (excluding tax and delivery) = 1 point.
- Tier Multipliers:
Bronze / Silver: 1.0x
Gold: 1.5x
Diamond: 2.0x
Example: A Diamond member who spends £45 (excluding tax/delivery) will earn:
(£45 ÷ 10) × 2.0 = 9
B. Bonus Points
Earned through participation in Zeelool-sponsored promotions, tasks, or events.
Details and availability are subject to change and will be announced on the Zeelool platform.
3. How to Use Your Points
Zeelool Points can be used as follows:
- Redeem for order discounts at checkout (up to 50% of product subtotal).
- 10 points = £1 USD equivalent.
- Redeem for exclusive rewards in the Zeelool Rewards Store (e.g., frames, accessories, coupons).
- Points can be combined with promo codes or gift cards.
Note:
Points cannot be applied to taxes, delivery fees, or previously placed orders. Redeemed points are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Points Validity & Expiration
- Points are valid for at least 12 months from the date they are earned.
- Expiry occurs on the last day of each month at 12:00 AM (UTC-5). For example, points earned before Jan 1, 2024, will expire on Dec 31, 2024, if unused.
- Points are consumed in chronological order (oldest first).
- Expired points cannot be reinstated or refunded.
5. Refunds, Returns & Adjustments
If a purchase related to earned or redeemed points is returned:
- Full refunds: All points earned from the order will be deducted.
- Partial refunds: Points will be deducted in proportion to the refund amount.
- If the redeemed points have expired at the time of the refund, they will not be returned.
- If an order using points is cancelled before shipment, the redeemed points will be returned to your account.
Important:
If you redeem points from a previous purchase and later return that original purchase, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the deducted value of those used points.
6. Zeelool Rewards Store Terms
- Points can only be used at zeelool.com.
- Rewards in the Rewards Store are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Redeemed items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of confirmed product defects.
- Any issues with reward items must be reported to customer service within 2 business days of receipt.
- Zeelool may adjust the required number of points for any reward based on inventory or promotional campaigns.
7. Legal & Program Changes
Zeelool reserves the right to:
- Update, modify, or terminate the rewards program at any time with or without prior notice.
- Adjust point values, conversion rates, eligible items, and other program features in response to business needs or legal requirements.
